We've stayed here twice now. The second time we chose a king suite and it was definitely worth the upgrade. We love this hotel. Breakfast is awesome with loads of options. The beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Staff are always super welcoming. Only downside is the pool was broken again. However they gave us vouchers for the attraction next door which my children loved. Will definitely be back again.
The staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was friendly. The amenities were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was really good. The country gravy was not runny and the biscuits were delicious, didn't taste microwaved.. my favorite was the comfort of the bed and sheets. The only complaint I have is that they let the coffee pots run dry during our convention. Who can't live with that?? What a good start

This hotel was wonderful for the price. The front desk lady Jocelyn was very pleasant. The salon has been renovated with good bar food options. The worker there was also nice. They are remolding the building, and the temporary lobby is behind the building, with signs directing you. It will look very nice once finished. The free breakfast was amazing. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room. The door to the outside entrance was locked with the safety latch. Due to the room having a double entrance, we were unaware that we could have just gone to the inside entrance. Jocelyn, however, got the maitence guy there quickly, and we were let it and shown the layout. He was also very nice and went ahead and checked other common complaints while he was there.
This hotel was amazing! It’s currently being renovated and I’m loving the new look! It’s huge and the rooms are very spacious. I can’t stress enough how much I loved this place. The staff made staying there even more great than it already was. From great pricing to great food to great atmosphere just all around great. Thank you so much again!
Can't use the pool because they don't have an employee to do the chemicals, LMAO. Don't waste your time with the restaurant, they are open when they feel like it.Rooms: 3/5
The pool was so cold I couldnt stay in the water for more than 2 minutes. The pool was the main reason I went to stay there. It was in the higfh 90 for more than a week.Rooms: 4/5
Quick and friendly check in process. Always helps when the front desk person is knowledgeable and pleasant. Looks like the room was recently updated, it was very clean and just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the extra towels in the bathroom. Didn’t try the hot buffet breakfast as it wasn’t being served until later in the morning.
Solid 4 stars for the very friendly front desk check in and the clean room. Had everything we needed. Conveniently located just off the Highway. It even has a designated pet potty area. Too bad we couldn’t try the hot breakfast buffet as we had to check out very early in the morning. There’s a Starbucks right beside the hotel which opens at 4:30am! The room was small but clean. It looks like it was recently upgraded. The beds were very comfortable, great pillows! The bathroom was very small but again happy it was very clean with plenty of towels available. Considering it’s right by the roads, we could not hear traffic at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for one night. Next morning I found a BED BUG crawling on me! I took pictures and a video of it, and showed the front desk staff. The older lady at the counter said that "it wasn't a bed bug, and she would know because she's got them all over her house". Like, lady, you have bed bugs! I asked for a refund, and she said she didn't have the power to do that. I asked for the cleaning deposit back, and she said she couldn't do that. I called twice and no one has returned my call nor reached out to me. I will not be staying here ever again, even if it means sleeping out of my car on trips out here to see my family. Beware! Don't come here unless you want a bed bug infestation to take home with you, or rude staff that just don't have the time to provide good customer service. I'm not sick to my stomach, and having to triple clean everything.
