What a great car buying experience this was for me. A friend knew I was interested in a Taurus SHO, so he suggested I talk to the guys at Clarion Ford. I am so glad I listened. Dave and his team are amazing. I told him exactly what I wanted, and how much I could afford to spend. Even without having much for a down payment, their team took care of me and got me the exact vehicle I have wanted ever since they started making the SHO again! They didn't have the exact one I wanted on the lot, but within a few hours they were able to find it for me and I was able to pick it up the very next day. My payment was even a little lower than I was expecting! When it's time to trade up, I know where i will going to do that. From start to finish these guys were professional and really worked hard to find the car I wanted.

We broke down on our way home from New York City on I-80. Luckily we were in Clarion with a ford dealership in town. I told the service manager what happened and that we were from Michigan. The took excellent care of us. We were back on the road in a couple hours!! So greatfull to those guys. Everyone was very friendly to us.

They had the part I needed and It was right the first time. That is a win-win in my book.

Utterly ridiculous! Simple to order a part..right? WRONG, second time to clarion ford, SECOND TIME WRONG part ordered. Took the tech 2 hours of ripping the car apart to realize..ooops..WRONG part again. Took forever to order the WRONG part twice. Now a 20 minute appointment has turned into 3 hours Oh, and still waiting on an inspection.. BUT THE CONSULATION is....... I get to come back for yet a third time to get the defective part that came with the car replaced, providing the parts guy can do his job and order the right part.. third times a charm..ya think? The vehicle in question is my mother's jeep..my poor elderly mother is yet again upset.. we've been promised the parts manager would be out to talk to us.. that's been an hour ago..yet we wait..while waiting for service or lack there of, I located a truck on the lot I would like to purchase, spoke to a very wonderful sales guy, Jeremy, nice guy, recommend him. Sadly, because of the corfuffle in the parts department, the lack of knowledge, and the lack of professionalism with service jockeys, who I have seen smoke while working on your car take numerous breaks, and just honestly in my opinion bumble..about the garage..i choose to NOT EVER purchase any vehicle here, nor will my mother. I deal with HUMES in Erie. Sure it's a ride, but they do their job with precision, and treat you like a valued customer. Clarion Ford is more a clarion flop. I reiterate, still waiting on service manager to speak to us, but lunch now had interfered with putting the defective part back on jeep, still not ordering correct part, nor time to speak to us, car..sadly..still sits same place waiting on inspection.. if your bored with your life, have nothing better to do and would like to be just livid by the end of your day, clarion Ford's for you.. if your sane..run FORREST RUN!
