No complaints! I arrived after a minor accident with a fishing hook stuck in my head. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and the wait time was literally a minute, even on a Sunday. I was admitted and treated quickly and efficiently, and they also gave me a tetanus booster shot. My experience was extremely positive, and I’m really grateful to the staff at this hospital.
I was seen in Emergency right away. I was then admitted and spent 8 days being looked after by the most amazing doctors, nurses, and staff! Thank you so much.
Worst hospital to visit if you have complex health issues. The Dr’s and nurses there today really lacked compassion, they didn’t really listen to my concerns or treat my symptoms effectively. Just poor heath care and incompetent staff and terrible bed side manner. The nurse left me lying beside a dirty commode for over 6 hours without emptying it. Denied me medical treatment that manages my health issues very well, forced a treatment that didn’t work well, I gave up on any hope, I left the hospital still very sick because I couldn’t endure another minute of neglect or suffering 9 hours later. I wish I could rate my experience with 10 negative stars. Save yourself the grief and don’t bother wasting your time at this facility.
I had to go to this hospital for a tetanus while camping in Fort Mcleod as it was the only one open and I needed a tetanus urgently due to coming in contact with a bat as per AHS instructions. I wont go into much detail as far as how bad the service was but the Dr. That treated me and the hallway nurse were horrible, uncompassionate with no bedside manners. The friendly front desk gal was great and absolutely lovely. The other nurse that gave me my tetanus redeemed herself at the end. So while I did receive pretty crappy service from the Dr im still giving them 4 stars because crappy or not , im very thankful in the end that I did get my tetanus shot. So im appreciative of that. Shout out to the front desk for going above and beyond her job of getting me my Healthcare #. You were an absolute joy in that not so happy place 5 for you :
