"Clallam County Genealogical Society is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to thecollection and preservation of genealogicalmaterials. It provides supportive andeducational opportunities for those involved ingenealogical research.The Genealogical Society was founded in 1981.Our original Research Center at Lauridsen Blvdwas purchased in 2013. In 2020, havingoutgrown our Lauridsen home, we bought anewer, and larger facility at 403 E. 8th Street.All operational activities are carried out byvolunteer staff who log thousands of hourseach year. CCGS is managed by a Board ofDirectors elected by the members."
