Products were pretty easy to find. One person was working and she was very helpful and friendly. My son got his ears pierced and I liked that she keep telling him how important it was to follow the instructions. Supper nice nice with my daughter too.

Clean considering the Christmas rush has started. A bit pricy but Claire's always has been. Love their merch!

Wife bought some earrings here the other day, when we were at the mall.. pricing was fair, would only recommend the staff was a little more enthusiastic. That goes a long way.

The cashier was very patient with a customer ahead of me who kept changing her mind on the # of items she was going to purchase! She was a real professional!!!

We had a really great experience here getting my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced. They were so patient with her, and waited until she was comfortable. They definitely went above and beyond to help us out.
