Dave was amazing during both purchases

I just wanted to share my brief, but excellent experience with Claim Post reality, an excellent name too i think. Anyway, years ago Takako my favourite ex-wife and i bought a empty lot near Iroquois Falls. I had tried unsuccessfully to sell it a few times and the companies I contacted lost interest very quickly and i got nowhere. The company i originally purchased the land from recommended claim post before later making me an offer themselves. I was in email contact with Kelly MacLean and had a wonderful phone conversation with her about my situation. She actually explained a great deal about the challenges of selling such land or even being able to use it.  I was greatly impressed with her knowledge of the local conditions and everything about my property as she had very little time to study it – clearly it she did not need to. Her social skills were off the chart and i was left with such a favourable impression i cant but think highly of your entire organization. There is little i can do to thank her for her help and kindness but i felt strongly the least i could do was a google review. Thanks very much for your help and advice !!!

Had an awful experience with Kim Bruner.  Upon texting her for a house viewing, she would not assist me as she quotes "your number is not saved in my phone" as if it was relevant what so ever..  Went with another realtor and the purchase went extremely smooth.

Over and above my expectation, extremely supportive, very knowledgeable in her field of expertise.

Claimpost is a very professional business with excellent customer service and staff.
