Please help, Clackamas County Judge Kathie Steele is biased, sexist, and should not be hearing protective order cases. After myself, and four of the alleged victims own witnesses proved she had lied throughout the initial protective order. Clackamas County Judge Kathie Steele continued the protective order because; while the alleged victim was attacking me, and I was defending myself. I scratched and made her bleed. The verdict was so shocking I repeated the decision to Judge Kathie Steele, and she screamed for me to shut up! Then pointed at the sheriff as if I was going to do something physical in the courthouse. The entire attack is on video, and clearly shows I was the victim, and responded to the attack by locking myself in the bathroom until the alleged victim broke down the door!!! I then locked myself in another room of the house until the alleged victims family arrived and I could leave. Again, all on video! The video also shows the alleged victim admitting this isn't unusual behavior, and she becomes drunk and abusive with me every few months. Clackamas County Judge Kathie Steele also verbally abused the alleged victim, and myself throughout the hearing by continually screaming and yelling for no reason. Not that there's justification for verbal abuse by a judge, in a courtroom, EVER! I'm a retired govt employee, 100% disabled combat vet that's been guaranteed one thing for serving this great Nation. A painful, and probably shortened retirement. I deserve better, and the people of Oregon damn sure deserve better! This is not justice, or our justice system! Clackamas County Judge Kathie Steele's abuse, irresponsible, unethical, and sexist, conduct has been reported to the media, and is being reviewed for an investigative story. My attorney and I will also be appealing Judge Kathie Steele's decision, and unprofessional behavior. As a Native Oregonian, Judge Kathie Steele's verbal abuse, violation of the law, and trampling of my civil rights require immediate review. Respectfully,

Upon asking questions on a sticky note when submitting my son’s yearly guardianship papers, I received a phone call from an unidentifiable female (she didn’t tell me her name) who called me to answer my questions. Apparently she didn’t like my frustrated questioning of the process, because I am supposed to remember once a year when my report is due, what papers I should fill out, and exactly where I should send them (address specific to guardianship). I was late submitting because I didn’t remember the exact date it is due and I am not sent a reminder, just a late notice to my attorney. The female who called me spoke in a snotty voice, told me I could find someone else to be the guardian of my son, and I should know when it’s due. I told her I would try to do better, but didn’t appreciate her talking to me so snotty. She hung up on me! Very unprofessional. Wish I knew her name so I could let her supervisor know how she spoke to me when she called me.

All I can say is that I hope you don't need anything important when you call, these women are NOT helpful in the least, they seem impatient and bothered, not willing to provide information AT ALL. Like pulling teeth to get any one of them to give help about their website, I finally told one of them "forget it, I'll just figure it out on my own," and she was perfectly fine with that, couldn't be bothered to offer any help. Get another job if you're so damn miserable.

Three stars for the historic building! 0 stars for customer service and -2 stars for prosecuting attorney's who are like dog poop you accidentally step into they all stink and they're super annoying nobody likes them not even their wives most of them end up divorced.
