Cl salon is undoubtedly the best salon in Toronto. With each of my visits, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I leave with not only the best hair of my life, but with a smile on my face. The entire staff is so personable, and their teamwork + craft is unmatched. I receive compliments on my hair almost every other day, and feel confident in recommending Cl salon each time. I’ve tried a whole bunch of their services - cutting, colour, gloss, the Japanese NP treatment…all 10/10. The products they offer behind the counter are fabulous as well. I am honestly at a lost for words at how gorgeous my hair is!!! Amanda did such an amazing job with my haircut and balayage. I got soft layers with face framing pieces and as Amanda was cutting my hair, I could already tell how talented she was. She mentioned she worked so hard to perfect this haircut and it is so clear on her work. For the balayage, I asked for no bleach and a caramel brown colour with neutral tone. She knew exactly what would look nice on me. It was my first time doing any colour and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease when getting it done. She took her time and was super sweet and hospitable. She gave me an amazing scalp and shoulder massage. She also styled my hair perfectly. Everything about my visit was 10/10!! Can’t wait to come back for my next visit. Thank you, Amanda!!

I’ve been going to the salon for nearly 4 years and they offer a great service.  I always see Bella highly recommend, but have interacted with multiple staff who have always been friendly and helpful. From offering coffee, water, chocolate !!, to head and neck massages, I’d say they go above and beyond given the affordable price point. My colour and cuts always turn out great, and my hair always feels so healthy after leaving the salon. Loved this salon! My hair needed a lot of help after damage from bleach. Rachel gave me the exact haircut I was asking for and it feels so healthy again! Also included a head and shoulder massage which was super kind and unexpected. Amazing customer service.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I paid 500$ for just crown of my head and this is what I got, brassy spots all over my hair and yellow tone in money piece. When I told Rachel that you said I can have my hair like the picture I showed during my consultation she said do you have it recorded!! The salon manager got my number to call today and I never received a call from them. Poor customer service and they change their words, be very careful if you do decide to go here and do not pay if it doesn’t match what you asked. When I was there Rachel said they have a 2 weeks period that I can go back to fix the color if something bothers me and that turned out to be a lie too.

I love my cut and colour from Jared at CL. This salon has great stylists who are knowledgeable, talented, and who go above and beyond for you. Stylist Jared even stayed behind after close to ensure that I left with perfect hair! I highly recommend CL Salon to anyone looking for a new salon in the area.

I go to Bella for my haircut - she's great! I haven't used the other stylists other than once for a Keratin treatment. Note: the salon continues to enforces covid measures; customers are asked to wear masks during their visit.

Excellent service from Bella. I got a single process colour & it didn't turn out exactly the shade I wanted at first so she suggested a toner & I haven't been as happy with a colour in a long time! Lovely salon, very relaxing wash area & very professional service overall.

I have frizzy, curly, unmageable with some damage hair. Sam recomend for a keratin treatment. I was very pleased for the result my hair looks healthier, feel soft, shiny and manageable what a huge difference.  Sam is excellent of his job, he will take time on you and explain what is best for your hair. He is also friendly and easy to talk too. This salon is world class looks gorgeous inside and very clean. The staff are wonderful and polite, I would recommend this salon 100%  to all for both men and women.
