Amazing time in Holland made possible with the amazing staff at this gem. Located right in the heart of downtown with tons of safe parking. While backing up to charge my vehicle the front staff came to use the card so we had free charging. Lexi and Kristen made certain we had nothing to worry about during check in. The hotel bar had some great specials and the staff was also great. Sadly eating out did not leave any room to try the food but everyone loved the pizza with as many we saw them serving. The rooms are spacious, tall ceilings and large bathrooms. Beds were great, standard Hilton quality throughout. I know where I will be staying on my next trip to Holland.

I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! All the meals we had from catering were top notch, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom is big. Every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful, they were happy to help any time with whatever you needed. Definite plus is that they have a great bar too. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience. Parking was easy even late at night. Great views. Clean rooms. No shower door is kinda odd. Beds were a little soft.breakfast made to order was nice. Good atmosphere friendly staff Nearby activities: Great bookstore at 925 Central

Very impressed with the staff. They answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly. They upgraded our room to a presidential suite for our wedding night as a surprise. Will be back to this hotel to stay again. Highly recommend this hotel!Rooms: 5/5

Had a great stay at CityFlats this week. Though they thought they had run out of the kind of room I had reserved, the two clerks at the desk performed some kind of CRS magic and pulled one out the hat. Great room. Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient. Free parking. Close to main street restaurants and shops. I'd gladly stay here again.Rooms: 4/5

Great little hotel right next to downtown!!! We would definitely recommend!! Definitely a quiet hotel. Tall ceilings. Big rooms. Big bathrooms. Good made to order breakfast in the lobby.

Great stay, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the room was spotless and the design was fresh, personally id prefer a bit more space, but the design made it feel large and spacious. Overall a great stay!Rooms: 5/5

Perfect local. One block from shopping of every type and tons of restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant are very affordable and quite tasty. Slightly modern rooms. Spacious. Great small conference venue.Rooms: 4/5
