I have been taking City Taxi for over a year. This Cab Company is wonderful. Harry, who is the Owner of this company is the best! When he says he will be here in 5 minutes, he means it. Him, as well as his other drivers, including John, are so prompt, patient, and very courteous. I would recommend this cab company to anyone. They are the best Cab Company in the North shore/Boston area. I have taking many cabs, and I travel back and forth to New York once a month and I have never experienced a more reputable company then this one. If you are looking for great prices, promptness with time, professional and courteous employees and owner, this is the CAB COMPANY TO CHOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have used City Taxi of Melrose many times mostly to go to the airport. He is always prompt, the car is clean, and the service he provides is just right. I've used some other taxi's in the past and generally had good results but I've settled on City Taxi as my "go-to" driver. I highly recommend them.
Uber failed and we're in an emergency to get to town. Found this company on google based on the closest available company. The call receiver was very nice and calming voice. Cab arrived less than 5 minute we live in north melrose and we are gtg. Amazing service, would order again.
