This taxi company was great, they have very nice drivers but every damn time I call, they tell me 20 minutes, I end up waiting longer than an hour... if it’s gonna be longer than 20 minutes, tell me so I can call a different cab company and not be late for work.. I understand it gets busy but when I call an hour before work and I’m quoted 20 minutes, I expect not to be late for work. This is ridiculous. I’ve been dealing with city taxi since last year and it stops now. I will never call this place ever again.

Told it would be 5 minutes, it was around 6:30. It was less then that. Guy actually made conversation with me, which I'm not used to. He was a pretty good driver minus one very random speed up. Thanks for being reliable!

Wait almost over 30 minutes every time I call this is litterally my last resort taxi company It’s a joke they say it won’t be long and then I call and ask where they are they say they’re on their way on their way from where literally makes me so upset especially when I have places to beI understand it gets busy but every time and half the time they don’t even answer their phone

Horrible Service. The wait was too long, was told 5-10min took more than an hour. Priced are way to high! This Taxi is more expensive than downtown Toronto (going less than 10km). Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid and try to use an Uber (if available).

I called and waited for a taxi for 39 minutes, called back the operator to ask if the cab had already came without me knowing. Only for the operator to rudely tell me he didn't send a car because he had no car to send...and then hung up...terrible service, I can't even begin to comprehend the unprofessionalism
