It is the best dental clinic I have ever been with. Dr. Lau is caring and very nice! He always explains what to expect before a small step of each procedure and monitors any issues I can't track of. My hygienist, Kevin is amazing! He is friendly and thorough. Staff are professional. They help to remind of appointments through emails and text, and on top of checking estimates and my insurance coverage. So grateful of their service.
Had my first appointment today, and they were incredible. The whole team was friendly, attentive and quick. I was in for a general check up and cleaning and had an amazing experience. They are fairly priced, made sure to provide quotes of costs as I’m without insurance, and did not do anything without my consent. They are a punctual, polite, and incredibly professional team! 10/10 would recommend.
Absolutely the best! I’ve been going to this clinic since I first moved to Vancouver and to the moment I moved back to the east coast about 4 years. Everyone from the reception to doctors, assistants and hygienists are incredible. I had a lot of different procedures done, as well as wisdom teeth extraction, and I can’t believe how painless and easy they were. Everything was always performed with so much attention, comfort, efficiency and, again, 100% painless! Thanks so much to Vendy and Dr Muise - they are truly the greatest.
The new owners definitely don't understand customer satisfaction. I have been going to this place for 22 years and loved the last owner and his office staff who cared for the customers who kept coming back. Recently, I had a minor issue after my routine work and the office manager's attitude was, go take a hike! PLUS, when I walked in to the clinic to make my appointment I was not told that my dentist will not be working that day. I love my dentist and my hygienist there but the management sure has deteriorated and customers not valued. Definitely the dentist and hygienist are to be proud of but I don't think the new management cares much for customers.
I’ve been going to this dentist for just over a year and I have to say it has been my favourite dentist so far. The staff are very friendly and Dr Shum has been great through my cleanings, fillings and full Invisalign treatment. They also recently renovated and it’s looking great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who is in the area.
Great communication from the booking team. They made sure I am able to get an appointment that works with my very busy work schedule. The dentist, Dr. Hu is great and explained each step in an understandable way.
As much as I dislike going to the dentist, this clinic has always made my visits as enjoyable as possible. Very kind and friendly staff. Very gentle and caring hygienists and doctors. I’ll always come back here.
Absolutely fantastic and professional service from the minute I walked in and was greeted by the wonderful team at reception, to the minute I left. Dr. Hu is extremely kind and patient. She took the time to clearly go over the results of my exam, answered all of my questions and concerns, and helped me plan out a roadmap for items that should be addressed in the short-mid term, and items that can be addressed in the future if needed. Vendy did a phenomenal job with my cleaning - literally the best I've ever had - and provided great suggestions for aftercare. Just a downright stellar team at City Square Dental, and I'm happy to be a new client here.
Had an emergency appointment today. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in same day. I was utterly impressed with the care and compassion everyone had for me. So impressed I will be switching to Dr. Lau as my full time dentist. Thank you everyone.
I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. My hygienist Faran is fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Lau is also lovely. They treat my kids too and are great with the little ones. Nice convenient spot, great technology and recently renovated. Highly recommend.
