Slow service. Something could be better...Like general city planning and operation. The building is fine.

No city bussing budget, busses late, makes you stand outside in the blistering cold for 20 min because the bus is NEVER on time, then they send a school bus so if you have a stroller or groceries you can't get on. The roads are never plowed enough or properly. To be honest, this is the rudest city I have ever lived in, Everyone here in customer service seems to have a bad attitude. Live somewhere else.
