Honestly the lady that was working today, March 27th at around 4:15. You're a real gem! Honestly a real sweetheart. If you hate your job then why do you insist on working here? I honestly don't know why you pick fights with citizens of Lethbridge.
Very good it's all about how you go about your business found the right person she was very helpful answered all my questions in and out in less than 5 minutes
Very disappointed at the inconsiderate and rude lady at City Hall. What some of these COL staff need to realize, is that they work amongst city tax payers and should uphold ethical conduct, professionalism and respect for people simply trying to get answers.
KEEP THE WARMING CENTRE OPEN PERIOD. Many have no other option and are being turned AWAY from other shelters. We arenemailing you today and expect a response STAT. Your latest excuses post on instagram @cityoflethbridge is disrespectful.
Fun fact the city staff had to write the only 5 star reviews because the citizens actually hate it here.
