When you call City Hall in Armstrong one would think that being polite and asking an intelligent question would garner you an appropriate response. Instead I got someone very cranky, cut me off verbally more than once and was very belligerent and defensive when I pointed out some confusing information on the website. All I asked for was clarification, not a debate. Very disappointed!
