City Gardens Flower Shop

The salesman is really nice. He is taking his time to make the flower ready, but he has a good selection and taste in picking them. I love the smell in the shop.

I called today to order flowers for someone's birthday. The woman who answered the phone, Kate was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. Kate should not interact with customers at all. I have ordered flowers from this business many times before with no problems. Kate was very unprofessional and sounded angry from the begining. . If she continues to treat customers like garbage and hang up on them, you will loose many loyal customers.

Gary was nice and helpful. I went in looking for calla lilies, he didn't have any, but he gave me suitable options.

You literally have one job as a florist – deliver the flowers. Yet this was not done. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my fiance’s bridal shower. They were given a time and a location. But the flowers were never delivered. Upon calling them, there was no apology. No offer or attempt to rectify this situation. They merely said that they did not realize the time listed meant a delivery time, and they would still be delivered to the restaurant hours after the bridal shower was over. Entirely unhelpful. If you can’t get your one job correct, you should not be in business.

Gary knows a ton and is a funny guy. Amazing shop and quality flowers.
