The Ballet Boot Camp class incorporates ballet, yoga and Pilates based movements for a continuous fat burning workout that will leave you feeling tall, toned and as graceful as Misty Copeland for half a second, anyway.

I signed up for their 7-day free trial but would up getting charged for a full month of unlimited classes after that, no refund. They did eventually give me a credit at their studio, but it's very difficult to use as I live in Vancouver.
