City County Health District is a public health department serving all age groups in Barnes County.

Story

The City-County Health is at work for you:
-Nursing care and home care aides to assist you in your home
-TB testing and monitoring
-Health Services and screenings for all Barnes County Schools
-Immunizations against communicable diseases
-Monthly health maintenance clinics for senior citizens
-Community health screenings
-complete cholesterol profiling
- Office visits including medication box set-up, blood pressure, weight, blood sugar checks, Vitamin B-12 injections, hormone injections, rapid inspections and more
- Assist with referrals to other programs and facilities
- tobacco prevention/cessation
-Foot-care
- car seat program
- newborn home visiting program
- Community health education
- WIC services
- Environmental health services
-Family Planning services including pregnancy testing and Plan B
