Horrible customer service from the office staff. Very rude and passive aggressive. Aurora Taxi is a MUCH better company.

Called at 6:05am Requested cab for 6:20am Went outside at 6:19 and cab was waiting. The driver was friendly and cheerful. He navigated me quickly to my job site and knew just where to go. All around great experience!!!

Just horrible customer service. Don't use this cab!

Came back from work and got a cab from the airport. The tab was started at $10 and the driver would not charge the far to my company. When we arrived at the destination my co-worker paid for the fair while I grabbed the bags. The fair ended at $22.90, he erased the fair and asked for $25, co-worker did not see the that and paid willingly. Later found out the company has an account with City.

Everything started super Staff suggested the night before to booked in advance to make sure we can make it on time with our big dog to the airport. The driver was friendly. The only complaint here is that the ride cost 21$ or so .We handed 40$ and we had to ask for the change twice. The driver gave us 10$ back without consent on the tip. So He LiTerally took almost 50% tips for our ride. By the time we realized it was too late. At first we tough maybe the extra was for the dog but 10$ extra for him( when they never told us we will have to pay for the dog ) seem overly pricy. Desapointing ending.
