Helpful staff who know your name.  The bank itself is decent for a chain bank.  The employees are their real draw.  Online banking is available

We transferred from a Citizens Bank in Boston where we had banked for more than 20 years.  The staff has always been helpful.  We got a mortgage through them and they worked hard to get it approved.  Even though I don't go inside often, they always greet me by name.

Do not use this bank! Moved away from the area in December and still they have not closed my account- overdrawing me time and again due to service charges on an account that is no longer in use! Very poor customer service and very hard to get ahold of on the phone.

the people at this bank are FLAT OUT RUDE! If this wasn't the bank we have to use for work deposits - i would NOT STEP MY FOOT IN IT! The manager is the least helpful person!
