It’s been a month since we moved into our new apartment, and Evgenia has been fantastic right from the start. She took care of all the moving details—like booking the elevator, handling paperwork, and setting us up with amenities. What really stood out was how she managed to cheer me up on an otherwise tough moving day. Saad Aslan and the entire staff are incredibly kind and friendly, making the move-in process seamless. This place has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

She’s always friendly, always willing to help, and just incredibly kind. I've lived in many places before, but I've never experienced this level of care and support from a concierge team. Jenny always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and secure. Thanks to her, coming home feels like being somewhere where each of us is genuinely cared for.

Very new and clean building. Saad takes me and my parents for a tour with clear details and there's so much public area like gym, bbq, yoga room, gaming room.. It was a enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to start my life in Citizen on Jasper
