Very new and clean building. Saad takes me and my parents for a tour with clear details and there's so much public area like gym, bbq, yoga room, gaming room.. It was a enjoyable experience and I'm looking forward to start my life in Citizen on Jasper
In the process of moving in and Alvan has been helping ensure it all goes smoothly! Alvan has been responsive, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and has helped to ensure all needs are met! The initial tour was well tailored to what we were looking for, and the process since has had lots of clearly outlined steps, great communication, and tons of support! Grateful for all of Alvan’s dedication and help!nnThe unit itself is very beautiful and well maintained! The amenities look fantastic too! Excited to be living here!
Al helped me with the tour of the building. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me the units with thoughtful answers whenever I had any questions. The building itself is stunning, but the most important part of living downtown is the security. They have cameras and staff to take care of the building in good hands. I lived downtown for three years and could not be happier to find a place like here!
I am writing this review as I've moved in 3 days ago. I was quite impressed with the move in process, it was super quick and super efficient.nThe elevators are super fast, everyone is super friendly, and there are so many pets! I am in heaven.nnAl was the one to show me the suites and explain to me how everything would work. He was very through and at the same time super fun to chat with. Even after signing the lease he is still super helpful with all questions and suggestions I come up with.nnI am very happy with my new home so far!
I had the pleasure of meeting Al last week who gave me a tour of Citizen on Jasper which is a beautiful building with the most amazing amenities. Al’s knowledge of the local rental market was truly impressive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and gave me a tour of various suites that matched my criteria.nnAl has incredible expertise, is honest, helpful and really friendly. As someone who just recently moved to Canada and is a first time renter, he patiently answered all my questions and helped me through the application process. I was also viewing Citizen’s competitor near by, however, Al’s attentive nature and commitment in ensuring customer satisfaction is what sets them apart.nnHe demonstrates great professionalism, effectively communicates and provides a wonderful customer experience. Thank you Al for all your support throughout this process of helping me find a place to call home.
