I gave this place great reviews in the past but i just called for there buisness hours today and i had to ask him a petro question and he kept cutting me off and then hung up on my while i was trying to ask him....$100 says its the guy that cant even be bothered to stand up at the cash, theres a good chance they just lost a whole family of customers...no joke....that guys phone manners was rude and he was completly dismissive to what i needed to ask as a customer
My boyfriend and I have lived real close to circul k in grandfallswindsor I have gotten service there for 2 decades and the new manage ment and an employee named Joni have gas lit us accused us of false events and your upper management was aware and the staff was sapose to be told to stop being so rude dening us service andany more thing like making us guess prices or we can have the product all of this has now come to my boyfriend being charged with mischief witch he will be pleading not guilty to and will see the employes involved in courtnOne manger was making us hide from the other so the staff did not have to deal with the situation
Great place to buy gas, snacks and lotto tickies! The clerk was so kind, he congratulated me on my lotto win and even helped with some coupons for additional savings on my gas.
Went to get a few things and my card got declined so I was checking it and he got angry and paid for it while aggressively slamming the stuff down I had paid some of for me to take. Poor customer service…
Me and the boys go here on the daily. Best gas station in town. Always open and the staff is awesome.
