I live about 4+ hours away, I was in Halifax for other reasons and a friend asked me to pick up a 6pack of these delicious treats for her daughter, unfortunately we never had time to get to the mall and needed to leave early Sundaytoday. I called their store for a long shot favour to see if they would sell me one box before they open, before the mall was open at that! I can’t recall the name of they young woman but she said it was no problem, and had some prepped already! She made this young girls day, and it was the best example of going above and beyond, I thanked her again and I don’t even think she realized what a great thing she did!
The buns taste great but they're no snack! Each bun is like 2 meals worth of calories. These guys load up the icing and filling which I respect. Great as a once or twice a year treat.
My flight home for Christmas was canceled so all I wanted were some good cinnamon buns. I went in Christmas Eve morning and should have realized they'd have reserved orders to make, but luckily they checked and had one that was canceled. I appreciate the girl checking during what's sure to be a hectic day for them!
If you have sweet tooth, this is the right place for you. Cinnabon must try, sweet and delicious
Went here about a week ago and I really enjoyed it, I got a big roll and a lemonade, went again today, got a big roll and a strawberry milk shake, didn't enjoy, the roll tasted like pure salt and the milk shake tasted like metal, I know these guys can do better, and I hope they will, I wish the staff here the best
Don't bother going if you are looking for Cinnabons. Never have any ready, but convenient they have the OVERPRICED mini buns available. 3 times and no luck! That will be the last.
They're cinnamon buns are great il give them that but honestly their policy is garbage they sit there with trays and trays of buns but when u want to buy a full box if none are boxed up they won't make on up but u can still buy a 4 pack or single its total balogne
I love this place The cinnbon is always bery fresh and delicious no matter what time you go I always get the small size with various toppings like chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and pecans of course The staff is always very helpful and well trained I never had to wait more than a few minutes The service is always quick The prices are reasonable according to the quality and quantity Overall i had a good experience
Very poor customer service I paid for my 2 cinnamon bus and couldn't get them
Very disappointed. I bought 2 9 packs. When I got them they were in a large box so that made it look like it was less then what I ordered, they were pulled apart and heavy frosting on the top, when I got them home they were dried out and very hard on the outside. That tells me that they were at least a day old, and were definitely not worth 33 plus dollars. I will probably not buy any more and would not recommend Cinnabon to anyone. SO DISSAPOINTED. Every time we went to Dartmouth I would always want to go to Cinnabon, but not now. Sorry to see that your product has gone down hill.
