My favorite place to shop. But christmas decorations were not that may choose all the same theme it seemed an alot of damaged. Bought these cute woodland type bird and got home realized they weren't tree ornaments, disappointed but will make do to fix them to work. Cute addition either way
Great experience, and great addition to the Holyoke Mall! Cinnabon is by far my favorite dessert treat, and for one to finally open near home; is great luck. Staff is friendly and fast, prices and options are what you can expect from one of these locations.
Good customer service and the sweets are delicious
The staff is so unprofessional, they do not understand what customers are trying to say. The manager specifically will talk about the customers behind their back in what I am assuming is Spanish. There were several hairs found in a Cinnabon I for one had that encounter where there was a hair in one of the big Cinnabon's which is just disgusting. They are just plain rude and disrespectful!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Cinnabon's sometimes are not cooked thoroughly either just plain nasty Mrs. Fields is 10x better than this place. The workers look miserable and overworked.
This place is amazing! Great, fast service and the cinnamon buns are just like they were years and years ago. Haven’t had a Cinnabon like em since I was a kid. We use to drive to CT to get them and I have no idea what that CT store does because the holyoke store blows them out of the water. We were happy with our dessert & service. Thank you!
Jewel that worked 2-23-21 and her co workers went above and beyond this evening 100% customer service with a smile!!! She is an amazing employee!! We went not knowing they were closed but they were baking and cleaning and they still offered to help and ring us up for a few boxes!! She totally could had said no were closed but she went the extra mile and said no problem I will help and made my friend so happy after driving a bit and stopping in just to get a Cinnabon!
The staff is always pleasant and they have plenty of Cinnabons made up so the wait time is very short. These cinnabons are absolutely heavenly. I have to get a box with extra frosting every time we go to the mall. Sooooo worth the calories!!!!

Love, love, love this place. The Cinnabon are absolutely delicious. They heat it up for you and are always fresh. There is a variety of choices and sizes / quantities you can choose from. Please take my word, that you will LOVE it!!
The girl behind the counter was taking a personal call on her cell phone and using foul language to whoever she was talking to. She wasn't paying attention to the fact that she bagged my mini-rolls the wrong way and they ended up squished together.
