Cinnabon Bakery

When I came into the mall this Thursday i went to cinnabon to get some cinnamon rolls with my 10% off cupon from retail-me-not and when I showed it before I paid the very rude manager rolled her eyes and scoffed at me because it was too much work for her to take 15 seconds out of her day to add the cupon on my order. Then the manager leaned her weoght on the counter like she was disgusted at me and gave me a dirty look because I wanted pecans when i saw that the single cinnoman rolls had them. They should be lucky that people are even coming to get food from them even during a pandemic because they are non-essential. The customer service sucked.

I was at Spokane Valley Mall and got a classic Cinnabon which we shared. I was delicious. We went there the last time we were at the Mall.

The staff was amazing. Ashley, Missy, Richelle, and Thomas were so helpful! These were the best Cinnabon’s I have ever had. Will be coming to this store again and again.

We bought six cinnabons ! So yummy , Katie helped us , what a sweetheart she is. She made us feel important when she went back and picked out a six pack box for us, and they were perfect !

The early morning worker I encountered does not have a pleasant personality. I like to buy from businesses that employ service oriented employeess.

Almost $7 for a Cinnamon roll. But it was fantastic.

Horrible customer service. The cashier Hannah rude she told is to do the survey and lied to us. Very unhappy with their service.
