The Cineplex location in south common is our regular go to for movies. The staffs are always friendly and helpful, place is clean and organized. They also have a kid’s playing zone in one of the rooms. Kids could spend some time there before the movie starts. It is a decent place for kids party, family event and so much more.
My favourite movie theatre in the south side, good location, parking spots are always available, clean and big building, theatres are well taken care of and comfy.
This place is pretty large with 16 screens.nFirst impression of the place is not so great as the entrance is neglected and littered.nOnce inside it's totally different with food counters, retail spaces which leads to the screen areas.nStaff was polite and helpful.nWashrooms were clean and tidy.nSeats were comfortable and the overall experience was good.
Seating is too close to the screen. If you get your seats in the last 3 rows D,E,F then you are good and will enjoy the show but if you are unfortunate to get the seats in these rows- 'AA,A,B,C' then it is the waste of money. It will be like hurting your eyes and brain by paying them.nit is always better to wait for few more days then the seats become available in D,E, or F rows.nAlso, Movie always stat 15 or 20 mins late. if the movie time is 3pm, Movie will actually start 3:20pm.nSeats are good and comfortable though.
The theater is in an unacceptable condition, with extremely dirty surroundings and sticky floors. I am quite taken aback by its current state. This is not my first or second visit, and each time, the lack of cleanliness has been quite off-putting. I kindly request that more effort be put into maintaining this facility so that patrons can thoroughly enjoy their experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
