Confusing at first as the line up to buy tickets is right by the self serve kiosks. Only two kiosks were working and there is nowhere to properly live up. Popcorn was stale and too salty. Washrooms were decent. The theatre was good, comfortable seats that recline. Worth the money as it's $2 less per ticket than the theatre at Courtney Park.
Children Birthday Party. This was the worst place to have a birthday. 1. We called weeks in advance and called and never could get a live person to talk to only reached by email only . 2. On the day of the party the room was not available on time. 3. Hostess went home early and left us to serve and feed our party 17 children by ourselves. 4. Never could find anyone for any assistance Drinks, cutlery& etc. 5. Food was late or didn't even show up at all. The only explanation was they were understaffed and very busy. We spoke with the manager who was able to reduce some cost. However speaking with the children they had a wonderful time and would love to come back again.
It's a movie theater. What should one expect more? Popcorn in little boxes at prices you can buy a trailer full of corn, automatic ticket machines and the movie you choose for a decent price. I liked it even without the popcorn. Plenty of parking spaces.
Great place to go see a movie. I was in theatre 1 and they really comfy red seats.
Nice place for birthday Party and Reunion
I don't normally leave bad reviews but hopefully it can be used as some constructive criticism. This facility was very very dirty, even though we were there when it first opened for the day. This would mean all the debris on the floors was from the previous day! There wasn't a lot of other people there but lots of stuff all over the floors in the main hallway and inside the theater itself #1. The carpets in the theater are well past their useful life completely worn out and soiled. This could be easily seen even in the darkness, I can't imagine what it would look like with the lights on! At first glance the reclining seats would seem comfortable but squeak with any small movement. This is very noticeable during quiet parts in the movie. Also one of the seats we first picked had the springs protruding almost through the fabric covering and we had to move. To go back to the cleanliness, all the glass doors and smooth surfaces throughout were covered in smudges. Overall this place was really greasy and in need of some major changes to its cleaning practices. For a company of its size and the amount you have to shell out for a visit, one would expect some higher standards. I wouldn't go back to this facility, and would have left before the movie started but didn't want to disappoint my children.
Love this movie theater. The theater is not as big as all other and I guess that is why is not as busy as other theaters, it doesn't get so crowded. The temperature is always great not too hot and not too cold in the cinemas. The staff is nice. They also play some movies for a bit longer than other theaters. It does not have food restaurants, witch I like, eating a meal at the movies is the most uncomfortable think and don't understand how people do it. It's in a great location, is not a mall or stores around so that also helps with the crowds.
Loads of parking close to the door so that's fantastic when it's so cold out. Very close to the highway exit so that's really good too. The staff, all I encountered were the most amazing, sweet young people you could ask for. Just really, really lovely and helpful young men, I just loved them to bits. The women's bathrooms were spotless, well done = excellent. The seats were indeed very comfortable, fantastic. The crowd was small; not one person in there talked loud during the movie or had their phone lit up or brought in smelly take-out Chinese food to eat it's happened before elsewhere, it was the best!! Downside, the screens are not giant, I was there to see Blade Runner so I was a bit disappointed I was not seeing this big movie on a regular big theatre screen. I still liked my movie though. My biggest and only complaint is that the large popcorn was $10.00 and it was cold. If my date has to take out a mortgage to buy me one large bag of popcorn, can I at least HAVE IT HOT, or even SLIGHTLY WARM would have been nice. Thank you so much. Otherwise, lovely little cinema. I had a good time.
i came to this location with my family and some friends. we had lunch around the corner and decided this would be a fun activity for the kids to do we got the $25 card which is about 155 credits. it was more then enough for my 5 year old son, my husband and me. my son loved a lot of the games and got a bunch if tokens as well. i was shocked at how much he could do. there was an indoor climbing area as well
Inexpensive movie tickets, comfortable seating. What more can you ask for! This small movie theatre really delivers!! They have really good nachos and hot cheese each time I visit. Friendly staff, clean theatres. My favorite movie theatre by far. Good job:
