Absolutely with out a doubt the worst theatre experience I have ever had. No one at the front to check our tickets, aswell as a whole party going on and blocking the entire vip area, not even leaving a path to the theaters lol. We pay for vip to have no server even approach us to get a drink or food. Not once, not even a glance. Why did we pay extra??? You tell me cineplex. Oh and the seats are the worst in the city. The regular seats in this place are better than what’s at vip and that’s not even a joke. I wouldn’t come back here again if you payed me. I’d rather go all the way to the north-end for a movie. Wild…
Great new theatre with lots to offer and helpful staff. My personal favorite was the self-serve fountain pop dispensers. Cineplex has a new policy where you can get one free refill on each large pop you purchase, when I went to refill it myself, nobody stopped me to confirm anything which made it quicker getting back to enjoying the film. This theatre has a VIP movie area, which provides access to a vip lounge if you buy a vip ticket. The theatre was very clean, and washrooms were well taken care of. Party rooms available for booking birthdays or events. There was also a nice arcade. I decided to go on a slow night, which allowed me to have the opportunity to check out the entire building. It was my first time in the Windermere area of Edmonton, and I had no idea how much it had to offer in the surrounding area for other great restaurants, stores, and businesses. Can't wait to go back!!!
Went to see Wicked: For Good last night.nLast time I was in this VIP, the seats reclined, they were black and roomy and comfortable. And they were separated.. like 2 seats, space, 2 seats, space.nNow...and I dont know if its just auditorium 3 or all of them now...but the seats are all squished together, brown, VERY COMFORTABLE, and they do not recline...not comfortably anyway. Also...its hot, and theres a weird smell.nCost me $60 for 2 large pops, 1 large popcorn, 1 medium popcorn and a poutine.nThe seats in regular theaters are much better, with buttons to recline and foot rests.nFor a FRACTION of the price.nSo what is the VIP for?nSo someone can bring u food and no kids?nNot worth it.nOh...and the gravy tastes like its out of a can.

nI can’t say enough good things about this theatre and their incredible staff. I went in with my two older kids for a family movie night, and I had woken up that morning feeling sick and dealing with some serious brain fog. As we were about to head into our movie, I realized I had misplaced my phone and immediately started to panic.nThe staff completely dropped what they were doing to help me. They reviewed camera footage, let me call my phone multiple times, and even physically helped search for it. They were patient, kind, and so understanding during a moment that could have easily been brushed off.nI am beyond grateful for the level of care and professionalism they showed. It truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and it reminded me how much great customer service matters. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my kids — we will absolutely be back
