Movie prices are ok but all the worth it for the Comfort and relaxation of the seating as the seats are Cushy leather that can lean quite far back with a leg rest that pops out with the touch of a faint blue glowing button with two stainless steel cup holders on each side. My only gripe is that the movie screen could be a tad bit brighter. Never buy concession food go somewhere else for food and snacks.
I purchased wrong tickets by accident online, and Manager James was able to help me out with professionalism and care, he sorted it out for me and I left a satisfied customer. Thank you James for your exceptional service! Will be returning and telling friends of my great experience!
Went to see Avatar 2 hoping the picture would be vibrant and the sound would be adequate. After getting our tickets scanned by a dismissive and rude worker we watched what could’ve been a great movie that was ruined by poor sound and a dark screen. The sound was so weak I had to focus to hear things and there was zero bass at all - so all of the action scenes and the majority of the movie overall was so underwhelming. Between the poor staff, the terrible cinema quality, and uncomfortable seats that don’t recline fully, my husband and I left wishing we had gone to a Landmark theatre. We won’t be back.
Comfy recliner seats in the theater we were in and it was a nice surprise. Staff were super friendly and made my experience 10x better . Keep up the good work
I saw the whale at this cineplex, the sound quality was not good : and the screen lighting was so dark it was hard to see for lots of the movie. The teen employees were also very disrespectful as they came in at the end credits and started laughing and making jokes, put a very bad taste in my mouth. Disappointed. : the whale was an incredible film!
Cineplex now charges you an online fee for advance ticketing. They have also now shutdown the ticket booth at this theatre and merged it with the concession stand. This has ultimately slowed down the entire process, all the while uplifting prices for the consumer and worsening the overall experience.
Excellent seating, the chairs reclined and were very spacious. Food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and cheery. I would definitely return to this location.
I have seen about 4 movies here so far. The lobby is very spartan and needs to be developed. A lot of empty space both on the floor and in the huge empty space above. Wish the concession stand had more choices fir food and drinks etc.. It's not a bad little theatre only hope it gets fleshed out to come up to It's potential.
Great place to take a couple hours off of life and go watch a movie. Great place to get the kids to play some videos games. Great play to recant out for birthday party’s then a movie! Love going here!
