Recliner seats were extremely clean and cool. Staff were intimidating tho, honestly can’t blame them, I wouldn’t be super thrilled getting paid minimum wage to clean movie theatres… anyway, would recommend.
This Cineplex has been single handedly winning my business back from Landmark Tamarack for quite some time.nnThe theatres are updated and comfortable with recliners, and the popcorn is consistently fresh and fluffy. The popcorn is hit or miss at Landmark. They also play indie films not shown at many other locations cineplex or otherwise.nnTonight, Melissa at concession really sealed the deal. She proved such exceptional service that I immediately felt like I needed to write a review. She was fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I was floored.nnI’ll be switch in my membership from Landmark Extras to Cineplex CineClub based on my experience tonight. Thank you, Melissa!
I had a great experience at Cineplex thanks to a worker named Sri. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. You can tell Sri genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. Their positive attitude made the whole visit better, and it honestly stood out. Cineplex is lucky to have someone like Sri on their team!
The employee Zoe was very lovely and helped us pick out the best seats that suited our needs! Even though we were a lot to handle, she treated us with kindness and patience! Thank you Zoe!
I liked the space, wasn't crowded, good sounds.nI disliked the employee coming in constantly in the front and marking stuff down and leaving, and I found the chairs was very hard. They reclined and seemed comfy but my legs was going numb and butt hurt after an hour.nnSo I'm 50/50, hope to see them improving tho.
