The one and only place to have the best birthday party in truro! Kids loved it and the price was awesome and they gave free tokens for the arcade! Thanks for making my daughters day extra special!
First time visit. Saw Avatar 2 in 3D. Comfortable seats, which you select when you purchase your tickets. Can do so online or at theatre. Went to matinee during the week. Not crowded. Overall positive experience.
Staff is kind. But they need to hire a company to clean the chairs and floors, absolutely disgusting to sit in for 2 hours. The smell was horrible. And the bathrooms near the rooms have layers of dirt below the hand dryer.
Cleaner than Dartmouth crossing and not as busy. The later opening time here means fresher popcorn
This theater isn't well kept very dirty plus several major films don't even show up for viewing but lots of low budget nonsense films with unknown talent are.
Super kind and they all care about your experience, lost my phone once and got it back as soon as I had noticed the phone was missing
Good to get back to the "Big Screen". Good COVID setup with seating dispersed to allow for distancing. Theater 1 could use a "deep" clean as the floors were "sticky" as we walked down the row and the cloth chairs are visibly dirty and need a "steam" / fabric clean. Staff are very friendly.
Happy that the pretzel maker is open passed 7 now!
I find it very clean and comfortable. Concession is up to par. The biggest drawback for me, and why I attend this Cineplex at most once a year, is their selection of films. The odd independent or art film would go a long way to giving this place some distinction and personality. The operas they used to show on weekends was a step in the right direction.
Expensive. Wish they had the movie listing outside, I'm not going inside just to check what's playing
