The manager went above & beyond for me tonight! Employee ended up printing off the wrong tickets maybe because he could not hear me with all the people around ordering… but I didn’t even realize then when the movie started I had realized it wasn’t the one I wanted to go & see & I could not even get into the mistaken movie it was just such an uninteresting movie so I didn’t continue to watch it, told the manager about the mistake & he had given me courtesy tickets 2 each for me & my man so now we have two free date nights & told us we could still stay to watch the mistaken one if we wanted too He was really professional about it & I am happy I will still get to go & see the movie I originally wanted to see at no additional cost!! Thank you so much :
Great theatre with ten screens, 6-7 are stadium seating. Good turn over of movies with lots of options for your night out. Good snack options; lots of popcorn combos and pretzels, nachos, candy and frozen yogurt. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Theatre is always clean - several kiosks to get your tickets or you can pick them up at the concessions stand.
Very nice and clean theater. Friendly staff. The popcorn is not that good. It has a strange after taste
Diane went out of her way to make our son's first movie experience a success. She did so much for us that it made my wife tear up.

First movie in a long time. Top Gun was great! A must see. Theatre is clean and staff are accomadating. Prices are a little higher since my last time attending ... But everything has gone up. I enjoyed seeing the movie on the big screen like it was meant to be viewed.
This theatre site is fine. Cineplex online store and chat assistance is terrible. Cineplex needs to fix their online shop. Can't process payments. If you can't run a online store checkout then why not use alternative payments through amazon, apple, or google? There are no alternative options and online chat assistance was not helpful at all.

Cineplex sydney is the only cinema theatre in 130 km of cape breton We have enough machines to take the tickets and the service is pretty good When it cones to the cost if snacks and food inside,its pretty high I wuldnt recommend it They have around 9 sceeens Very neat washrooms Most if the screens are pretty small but still they are ok If the film stops playing during showtime they give you 2 free tickets
