Central location in the city. A decent variety of films but could use more matinee times and baby/mother times at least twice a month. Good amount of arcade games but could use more games. Great selection of food popcorn and nachos. Overall great location and friendly staff are the best to a great time.
It's okay. I'm just there to watch a film, maybe some hot popcorn. They are closed locally now doing repairs from the last storm, I hope they clean the fabric chairs, some sections smell so bad of dirty unwashed coats and bedhead.
The nachos is great! Staffs are friendly. Cinema is small but maintained clean.
We had an unfortunate incident today at the theatre. It was extremely busy when we arrived. It took us about half an hour to get through the concession line, and some of the items we wanted were sold out. We were unable to find our seats, as people were in them and others were kicking us out of theirs. We were quite upset, the manager was very quick to refund us the tickets, food and even gave my kids some tokens for the arcade. It was our first outing since arriving to PEI, and my youngest sons first movie theatre experience. We hope we have a better experience when we come back!!! Thanks for trying your best.
The bathrooms were gross and the screen is too small to properly appreciate realD 3D.
Service at counter was extremely slow. Most of the arcade games are out of service. Kids were disappointed that they couldn't play them.
Decent theater. I'm not much of an aficionado, so my standards aren't anything spectacular. Seats were fine. Sound was good.
Ordered tickets online and had our assigned seats. Was great knowing we had seats guaranteed to be available for us.
Still under repairs but it was great to get back to the movies
Excellent multi screen theater in Summerside. Very comfortable seating. Enjoyed immensely
