Four stars only for one reason- WHAT A HECK is online booking fee and why do i have to pay it ???nWhole world around trying to go paperless and only canada makes you pay for online booking and don't make you pay if you buy tickets at the place printednThe rest is fine ,clean seats, good snacks and high quality movie
We booked the wheelchair companion tickets right before the show started as they were the only seating available together that weren't right under the screen. Chairs were so comfortable, we had insane amount of leg room and all in all had a pretty good time. Only docking points because when getting popcorn staff were truly uniformed and we had to repeat ourselves 3x to get the correct order
Cineplex Park Royal is truly one of the best cinema experiences in the city! The VIP section takes it to another level—comfortable recliner seats, excellent service, and the ability to enjoy food and drinks right from your seat. The staff are friendly, everything is clean, and the atmosphere feels premium. Perfect for a date night or special movie outing. Highly recommend!
For my child's birthday party, we used the party room for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience! I planned the schedule so we could enjoy a quick cake in the party room, play games in the arcade zone, and then watch a movie.nnWhen we made reservations three weeks ago, we booked 14 seats, but on the day of the party, only nine kids attended. I really appreciated that we only had to pay for the nine seats before the movie started. It was also great to order as much food as we wanted from the party room. We could only bring cake and cupcakes, but since we spent so much time in the arcade, I just ordered hot dogs and drinks.nnI decorated the party room myself, and it turned out well without needing too much prep.nnA huge thank you to the staff for being so kind, especially Navjot, the manager, and Amrita, who assisted me with the payment. Some of children arrived late, which meant I had to change my orders multiple times. They were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process, and I truly appreciate it, especially since my English isn’t perfect.nnOverall, it was a wonderful day for my child. Thank you so much!
Comfy seats but don't go there if you don't like children! I went to a movie here and there were a bunch of children in the Theatre who were talking and being loud and obnoxious. And the movie I went to was definitely not a kids movie but there were probably about 10 kids in the theatre. The manager had to give a few of us tickets to make up for the disturbance so that was nice, but the movie was ruined for me. I probably wouldn't go to this location just based on how many children could potentially go
