My visit to the VIP area was made very unpleasant due to the restaurant service I ordered to my seat. Not only did it take almost 45 minutes for the food to arrive ie way into the movie but the 5 “chicken tenders” I ordered were straight up frozen store bought pieces of something they put into oil to heat up - or at least it looked and tasted like it. They have the audacity to charge 18 dollars for this.
Four stars only for one reason- WHAT A HECK is online booking fee and why do i have to pay it ???nWhole world around trying to go paperless and only canada makes you pay for online booking and don't make you pay if you buy tickets at the place printednThe rest is fine ,clean seats, good snacks and high quality movie
We booked the wheelchair companion tickets right before the show started as they were the only seating available together that weren't right under the screen. Chairs were so comfortable, we had insane amount of leg room and all in all had a pretty good time. Only docking points because when getting popcorn staff were truly uniformed and we had to repeat ourselves 3x to get the correct order
the price is right. I love going to this place to watch a movie.nnI do not recommend the Restaurant area because service is very slow.
We were treated unfairly by a staff member named Stephani at the VIP Cineplex. While a group ahead of us was let in without showing ID, we were asked for ours and denied entry despite showing a digital copy. The policy only states that ID may be required, and I’ve never been asked for ID in previous visits. Even after explaining we weren’t ordering alcohol, Stephani remained dismissive and refused us entry. Her behavior felt biased and disrespectful and racist. I do not recommend this place to anyone specially where this staff member Stephani is working!
