Staffs are great. The chair arm rest certainly could be much better. The seats are overall mediocre. Went to watch Megadeth:Behind the Mask last evening, they were too lazy to even put the movie poster next to the auditorium. Other theatres in other places did, fans took pics next to it. Cineplex Normanview just didn’t bother.
I visited theatre today to watch a movie, but I was very disappointed as the air conditioning was turned off throughout the entire show. Even if the theatre was not full, AC should still be maintained for customer comfort. Very uncomfortable seating. Worst experience. I hope this can be improved for future visitors. Never gonna visit this location again. Never expected this from cineplex.
It was the first and best experience I've ever had in my life. It was such a great feeling watching a movie on a big screen with effects from all sides. Don't make the popcorn too expensive.
Watched the Bangladeshi film “Utshob” here today with my family. We had a wonderful experience. The theatre was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The sound and picture quality were excellent, which made the movie even more enjoyable. It’s great to see Cineplex supporting international films like this. Looking forward to coming back again!
My chair was falling apart as I sat in it. The arm came off and the bottom was close to breaking. The group beside me wouldn't shut up throughout the entire movie. No usher came in at all. Why is the popcorn and pop $40? What a ripoff! No wonder movie theaters are dying. Pennies worth of popcorn for outrageous prices. The whole theater experience has been ruined.
