Everything is good, staff is wonderful, washrooms could be a bit cleaner. I would give it more stars but the downfall is the seats, they are so uncomfortable for the price u pay to enjoy a movie. I am a voluptuous woman and my hips hurt bad in the seats.
I must have got spoiled by the cineplex theaters in Ontario. New minus has a nice location but it's small. There staff did a good job.
Seats are as old as the building, never been updated and starting to smell. Prices updated regularly, facilities not so much.
Enjoyed the show and the staff were very pleasant.
$57 for 2 adults enjoying popcorn and 2 drinks. I don't mind paying for that and supporting local business, but for that money I expect much better service. The server tried to constantly upsell us on everything which was very irritating. Popcorn had 2 cups of crumbs in the bottom. Realized they popped fresh popcorn in front of us but never offered us fresh popcorn. The regular Coke tasted off. My last theatre movie for awhile I think. It's not good value for the money.

Great movie theatre glad to have one in the valley
They play the movies that I want to see- but I can’t watch any of them because they put EVERY movie in 3D. They cause serious migraines and anyone with visual impairment or glasses knows how’s unpleasant it is to sit there for three hours without being able to even see the screen. They play the regular movie during kids hours which is strange because only little kids really like 3D, most people find it really annoying.
The seats are comfortable and the theatre was clean, but the sound was so incredibly LOUD! We sat approximately in the middle of the theatre and had to plug our ears through large portions of the movie. It was painful and seriously detracted from the enjoyment of the movie. I can only imagine what it was like for people sitting closer to the speakers. Please turn the sound down!
