My 2 friends and I went last night, saw a movie that left us very emotional. I am giving 4 stars because of one specific service member named Matteo. He really went above and beyond to make our movie watching experience a good one. He was so helpful, kind, hospitable, and had impeccable hearing. Please give him a raise. I really think that he deserves it for all his good work. Matteo really was great, he really went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks!!

Only that Cineplex choose to put the Black Panther Poster all the way to the side or back with bad lighting. However God be praised the Movie stood it's Ground it would not be hidden.. It was an AMAZING MOVIE AND I GIVE IT ***** 5 STARS THE EXTREME HIGHEST LEVEL OR RATING. THERE IS IF THERE IS A HIGHER RATING THE MOVIE HAS MY VOTE..

A classic place to go for anyone. The line-ups are quick, the popcorn is salty, the drinks are chilled, the floors are sticky, and the employees are young an excited to help (and a little awkward). What more could you want? I've been going to this theatre for a decade and have seen it through many changes - pretty much all of them good ones. It's quite big and has a lot of customers because of this, so I try to avoid this one and go to the highstreet theatre when I can, but it's a solid second option.

This theatre is in a convenient location off of the HWY. It’s got lots of food options but seating could be more comfortable. These days people tend to watch movies the comfort of their own home. Theatres need to start to provide comfortable seating - like they’ve done at Landmark in Guilford (Surrey). This complex does have lots of theatres and therefore you can usually find a flick you’d be interested to see!

My husband and I go to Colossus all the time for date nights. First off, I'd like to say that Eric is the kindest employee ever. We have encountered him 3 times and every time he made us smile. He goes above and beyond - he even asks if you enjoyed the specific movie that you watched when you leave the theatre. He deserves a big kudos! If only you could clone him. On the other hand, last time we went we were hugely disappointed at the concession staff. Nowadays you guys sell burgers and wraps, etc. People often eat dinner during the movie. On a bustling Saturday night, why employ only 2 of the laziest staff members I have ever seen at Outtakes? We stood there and waited for about 20 minutes for these 2 females to make us 2 poutines, they forgot our order, they didn't have a sense of urgency whatsoever. It made us late for the movie! And like usual, the food was cold! Please step up on your concession game!
