Great location and overall a good time. Location used to be considered high end, but it has been a while since the building has been updated, and newer theaters are offering more comfortable seats/experiences. This is a solid choice for your average movie trip, and IMAX screen in particular is impressive. The seats are a bit stiff though for longer movies, and the main area with food and entertainment feels a bit lacking.
Went to go see smile a horror movie here recently and my god I don’t think I could have asked for a worse viewing experience. Might be my fault for going on a Saturday, but from start to finish the theatre room resembled something closer to a zoo than a respectful courteous audience. Room was stacked with groups of snot nosed teenagers quite literally yelling laughing and screaming, not along to the film, but with the clear intent of behaving as obnoxiously as possible. Not once did any theatre staff come by to do anything about it, very disappointing would not recommend.
First they don't have movies in french. But the staff is just great. They proceeded with my refund in a sec and helped me to locate a theatre that was playing that movie in french since my girlfriend can't speak English. Lot of space for the parking . They have stairs though at the entrance and don't remember seeing a wheelchair access you might want to check that
It was My 1st time @ this Cinema with My Daughter to see Halloween Ends. The Cinema is very Clean & the staff were Great. We went in the Daytime hours, so they weren't busy. Definitely will go back to this one , as the area I live, don't have one.
Always love going to the movies. Definitely prefer seeing things for the first time in a theatre instead of at home where it can be paused and it's easy to get distracted. That being said, I would love if the lights could be timed so that they turned off before previews and stay off at least until it hits the regular scrolling credits. Getting blasted with lights immediately as the credits start rolling is unpleasant and hurts the movie going experience. Especially when there are mid credit scenes or lovely animated credits. There are lights in each step so I don't think it's a problem for people to exit if they want to leave right way, while the lights are still off. I would also say I've been finding the popcorn to be a bit over salted lately.
Been watching movies here since it opened. The IMAX screen is awesome. Popcorn is always good. The nacho chips are off a bit, taste wise. The apperance needs a sprucing up. Staff is friendly and helpful
In all honesty my stars were going to be much less, but I genuinely bad for these managers and employees. My husband and I came to watch Halloween Ends and it was the most unenjoyable experience. People talking the entire time, taking photos with flash, making loud noises purposely. When leaving someone set off a stink bomb, managers were outside of the theater. I along with a few others made mention of what went on and they graciously gave us free tickets. They definitely need some security, age control etc.
I got the boot from the theatre for looking at my phone. No alert. Just expelled and forbidden. Ashleigh L was not understanding of my justification. I was informed that using a phone is prohibited and that there is a zero tolerance policy. I once used my phone. Obviously, there is nothing else for the personnel to do.
The staff we interacted with were very patient and helpful. The concession staff were very pleasant and the popcorn was great. We enjoyed "Violent Night" and had a great time.
I am not reay one to normally do 1 star but this experience was horribke. The movie said it would start at 7:45, it didn't start until 8:10! The seats here are so uncomfortable I think if I come back I will bring a folding chair because it would be more comfortable to sit on. The volume was louder than a concert...I literally left with a headache. I thought after covid restrictions the theatre would be trying to make.tje experience better to get people to come back. I will not be back.
