I just want to say that we just received some of the best service at the popcorn counter from such a great young lad named Wyatt. He was so pleasant and was genuinely kind and so funny!
Went for a matinee show, not very busy, easy to get tickets and snacks. Everything was super clean, they still respect the theatre experience. Prices? Well. We're not gonna go into that because yeah, everything is expensive, but the staff at this location was professional courteous and did great, and the facility overall is very well looked after.nnSide note: Kung Fu Panda 4 is totally worth it.
The staff here are great. Every time I’ve been to the movies recently they’ve been accommodating and polite. The one star is only because of how ridiculous the prices of the tickets, and the food are! Charging almost $10 for a bag of snacks is absolutely crazy. The popcorn and drinks is also insane. The theatre industry suffered during Covid, I know, but if they want to make money they should lower the prices to make it affordable to see movies again.nIt’s also aggravating that they charge so much, meanwhile the building its self needs love. The carpets are taped down, the head on the men’s bathroom upstairs has been missing for years… Cineplex, please make going to the movies a fun affordable again. I miss going to the movies, but over $100 for 3 people to go is nuts!
Worst theater in bc. Customer service is lacking, ticket sellers are rude, and the people who are working the concession really hate honoring the costco movie package that includes popcorn and drinks, it doesnt help that most of them have a hard time understanding whats being said. It is best to wait for the movie to come out on Amazon prime and rent it over going and wasting your time and money at this place. It's seriously gone down hill in the last 5 years.
If i could rate it lower i would. Worst smelling washrooms i have ever been in, smelled like someone urinated on the floor and every wall. I looked at the inspection chart and it said it was inspected 30 minutes before i went in. I struggled to hold my breath while i was in there. I informed the attendant, waited for a bit and seen that they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. The floors were sticky like they hadnt been cleaned in months. This was the most disgusting movie theater i have ever been to.
