My family and I went to Cinderella's for their all you can eat jumbo crab legs. Between 4 of us we ate 17 plates! The service was great and the food was delicious. The waitress made sure we always had fresh, hot crab legs when we were ready for another plate. It's expensive but very worth it!

Been going to this establishment for 8 years. Wonderful family restaurant. Great Service. Food is very good. Great selection. Staff is friendly and very attentive. They take exceptional care on keeping the place clean too. I have never been disappointed in the eight years we have been coming.

I am BEYOND floored at the way I was just treated by CINDY who I believe is the owner of this establishment. TODAY is my birthday and I am violently ill! I ate at this restaurant last night after feeling 100% all day! As soon as I left Cinderella's I was in terrible pain and spent the immediate evening in the bathroom. I called the restaurant that night once I was able to catch my bearings and left a message explaining my situation. Morning came and no call back. Once I finally was able to speak with Cindy she was very rude and condicending, telling me that I have a bug and that it wasn't their food that made me ill. She was not willing to do ANYTHING to rectify the situation. I myself have worked in the food industry for many years, nearly ten! I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE! Thank you for making my birthday special!!!!!!!!!

We stayed overnight in a suite which was nice but not as originally described. We were told we'd have a kitchen so we bought food and last minute they switched us to a suite without one. The restaurant is terrible!!!! We all ordered steaks and all were over cooked. I sent mine back and the second time it came out right but NONE of our steaks had any seasoning on them I never use condiments on steak but I used a ton of A1 to even make it palletable. The mashed potatoes come from a box and the gravy is a powered bag. All terrible save your money for something better.

We only come out here once a year but we always make sure to go to Cinderella's. The drinks are amazing and the food is great! The eat in area is very homey and they also have outdoor seating with live music available.
