Cinéma Impérial

A beautiful place. The baroque design is piece of art. We watched Les Miserables, during Cinemania week and we just loved this place.

Very low quality staff. Didn’t do anything to stop people from cutting the line even though customers had been waiting for two hours in the cold. Bad customer experience.

Great place itself. The only possible problem can be the limited parking spots inside the public parking beside the cinema.

It was the inauguration of the Montreal Black Film Festival, featuring "Harriet". Many members if the industry were honored.i felt like royalty with my beautiful daughter

Very nice theater. Well located, good acoustics, very comfortable chairs!

I went to watch a special viewing of Capernaum movie. The theatre's decor and design is gorgeous and a bit like an Opera. The venue is big and nice but the only thing missing was a food counter. Don't expect to be able to buy popcorn or drinks there because there is none no counters.

Historic cinema. Beautiful architecture. Great comfortable seats especially on the floor. Fantastic sightlines, not a bad seat in the house,even the first row. Pretty good sound.

Beautiful old movie house that is used for many festivals and event screenings. The seating is really comfortable and it has a balcony. Great place to see a film.

Massive and gorgeous, the best Rocky Horror is held here, but they really need to figure out something for people waiting outside in line for shows, it gets super cold and you're just stuck freezing for as long as it takes. We were out in the cold for 2 hours.
