3.5 stars in reality. The place needs updates with seats and sound. The arcade games are as old as the place has been around, but other than that the staff is nice, polite and treat you very well.
Just OK place, more of a 2.5. Keep in mind that if you want a fuss free and local movie place, this is the place to go. Also, it isn't packed most of the time during the week except on Tuesdays, but it isn't the cleanest place and customer service is nothing to rave about.
Had a blast watching frozen 2 here with my mother, wife and daughter. My only hiccup is the staff left the door wide open during the movie and we could hear all the noise and screaming coming from outside. Luckily someone eventually got up and shut it
Great place. Very comfortable and a lot of movies. The only downside is when you buy your ticket at the cinema itself. It can take a little while so be sure to be there early.
The experience would be so much better if Guzzo got new seats; feels like we're sitting on the floor practically. But there is no other cinema near my house that play original versions.
Most games don't work, washrooms are dirty with no paper. Same price as other guzzo but would recommend guzzo Marché Central for a great experience. This one needs a lot of renovation
This place is great if you want to watch a movie and not be disturbed by overcrowded rooms. The place is always clean and the service is always good. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't take debit only credit and cash.
