It was actually my first time back at this theater in several years. Usually because they don't carry that many English movies, but we managed to go and see one on a whim today. And we really enjoyed the experience, especially the very comfortable reclining chairs that were not there last time.
Every movie is fantastic in galaxy!!but please please release Bollywood films also one hall should be dedicated to Bollywood movies there are lots of audience especially Indian Students, Afghani community and Pakistani community who go to watch Bollywood movies in Montréal. For example a movie like pathaan should have been realized in cinema galaxy of Sherbrooke I went all the way to Montréal cineplex to watch the movie and others also went. I remember about twenty years ago I lost my wallet at the theater, with about $200 cash, I went back later that day and they returned my wallet, I was so happy to get it back, of course with all the money, I left a 20$ tip as a thank you. My personal favorite theater in the townships, I even watched "what dreams May come" with my mom when it first was released. I love this theater
I went to Thor: Love and Thunder movie on Thursday to watch it in 3D. The experience was not good. In the beginning, the movie stopped automatically with a black screen and it return after 5 minutes but we missed all the scenes which happened during those 5 minutes. The hall light was flickering throughout the screening of the movie. We went to watch love and thunder, not to feel the thunder effect. I don't know what they are gaining from this. Now I have watched it again in a different movie theater. The sound was terrible, it was so low, that we cannot hear properly. Even the Thor lightning sound was not heard. The 3D screen is very bad too. Inferior service, no one came to assist and help. They have increased the ticket charge and now even they are charging booking fee when booked online but their service is very poor.
It was nice to be back at the cinema, the safety guidelines was clear and easy to follow. And the pop-corn was great with a nice customer service

Great location but limited amount of English movies.
Clean place, went in daytime so not many other people, was pretty quiet. Great sound/image like usual, courteous staff. Can see their smiles behind their masks, just happy to greet you.
Very pleased with most everything, they could clean the floor more often ,it was pretty dirty with popcorn everywhere. The snacks could be alittle cheaper.
