Cinéma Cineplex Odeon Ste-Foy

Had a great time with my family watching BTS Yet To Come. First time to experience ScreenX and it was awesome! The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The cinema itself was very clean and the chairs are quite comfortable.

Nice fully loaded place to see the latest movies, VF or VOSTFR. You get food from cold to hot and soft to spicy, entertainment games for groups, for couples and alternate play, lots of bathrooms space. You get big space on chairs, huge screening rooms and good sound quality. At the end of movies, the crew is already set for the cleaning sessions and getting things done for the next screening. They just need to set self-checking machines for cellphones scanning for thoses who bought online or no physical tickets, allowing you to avoid “going to the post office” lines type and they’ll be all set. Although lines go fast enough. PS: D-Box seats are great for the feel of a good action movie.

Bad experience. I was about to pay 30$ for the arcade games but the machine declined the transaction but it did charge on my phone. I asked the manager to give me a refund and he said that it was not possible because he DOES NOT KNOW how to do it. And it will be refunded as Cineplex did not take the money. So, I asked him for his direct phone number in case that it was not refunded. He refused to give me a direct line but, the cineplex general phone number. I called today and I was not able to talk to a customer representative. Bad experience and bad customer service.

Super clean and staff was very nice, screens are huge and the sound is good too.

Hadn't been there for a few years,the popcorn is as good as it's ever been! Also,the D-box seats sure give you a ride when you're watching an action movie! Like,go in a D-box seat if you want to watch the new DragonBall movie, it's quite thrilling!

Great movie and great employees. There were not a lot of people, so very calm. The only thing is that the toilets smelled like the sewer.

Reserve your tickets in advance, and arrive 15 minutes in advance. Please respect the people who want to see the movie and turn off your cell phone. If you do not speak English, do not reserve an English function. Thank you. The place offers different snack options. The personnel is very kind.

Its the best cinema you can go to. Its very very big and you have the choice to watch in english or french on most movie. There is an arcade in it and its really fun to go with friends. You also have a lot of choice for food
