In Prince George for a night, went to this restaurant close to my hotel, saw great reviews, giving it a try. Service was great, vibe is ok, menu is simple not overly complicated, try to do too much. The octopus aranccini is like a crab cake, but with octopus, tasted good. The grilled salmon was good, not over cooked, but not much flavour, the sauce only stay on the surface, may be marinate a little longer, I’m nitpicking at this point. Overall not bad.
Stopped in for New Years dinner. I like the division between tables for privacy it’s nice when all the other tables can’t hear your conversation. Staff were great. Food was good and was decent value for what you got. Thank you for the experience. Will be back again.
Food was amazing, employees were wonderful and very accommodating, had an absolutely lovely time! Would definitely recommend! Tried their tapas for 2, angel hair pasta, crab cakes... all so delicious!
There have definitely been some changes since the change in ownership, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The food quality is still high and the portion sizes are reasonable. My pasta was cooked very well and there was definite attention to detail. The service was also very friendly and attentive. I would still recommend it for a special night out.
Each past at Cimos has its own unique flavour! Pasta is made in house and never disappoints. Wines from around B.C. can also be matched with your meal. Great food Great wine and their in house made cheesecake is always my fav as well
I placed my order to pick up after work and it was ready 1/2 hour later! It even stayed hot after walking 5 blocks in the freezing -20! The angel hair pasta never disappoints and was loaded with shrimp! The new biodegradable containers hold a very large portion which I could not finish. The cheesecake was also a large portion, super delicious and full of flavour. While we typical enjoy the cozy atmosphere dining in, it was wonderful to have Cimo at home and use the gift card that Santa left!
Went for my birthday dinner, awesome food, great service by Sam, patio table was cool with a fire pit.
Too slow service, food wasn't tasty at all. It had some special spice that applied even on fries Cost and experience are not match at all
Very pleasant staff. Decor is average. Parking is effectively street only, which can produce a bit of a walk with some of Prince George's less than desirable denizens. Food is good and prices are fair, $$$ out of 5. Fries were a bit oversalted, but overall I would come here again. Bonus points for having local beer on tap!
Awesome management and food at Cimo had an issue with placing a take out order and the manager jumped in quick and filled my hangryness and order! The waitresses were friendly and helpful as well! So a big thumbs up
