Previous experiences at dentists have created an incredible fear in me for them. At Cimarron Dental I felt at ease and was positive I was in good hands. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and kind. Lyndsey, the office manager went out of her way to be beside me, holding my hand during my crown prep as she could tell I was nervous, that I am unbelievably grateful for. I had my teeth cleaned by their knowledgeable and funny hygienist, Brooke, who made my teeth feel strong and healthy again while giving me positive feedback on my brushing, making me feel great about myself! David and Emma who did my crown prep were SO helpful, lovely and genuine, constantly checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Plus I can’t count how many times you guys told me I have beautiful teeth thank you so much to everyone at Cimarron Dental, I’ll be back to visit this location regularly from now on. LOVE YOU GUYS
Dr. Cichy, Dr. Sami K, Lyndsey, Aleshia, Brooke , and Kelly the Hygienist were so amazing they made me forget i was at a dental office. Lyndsey Brown the office manager is warm and welcoming everytime i come into the office and goes above and beyond what you would expect to make sure everything treatment planned is understood and explains your insurance and fincials agreements thouroughly so you can feel good about not having a huge suprise at the end of the appointment. DR CICHY AND DR SAMI K did the best fillings ever.... and am extremely happy with the pride and integrity they take in making sure your comfortable and taken care of as the patient. They listen. Which for me is the very most important. Kelly and Brooke were the Hygienists in during a few appointments and were thorough and gave me lots of patient education with dental health i can now pass on to friends and family. Thanks guys keep up the good work of taking care of my dental needs and just making it easy to come in to get treatment and the fantastic Dental experience.
I just recently moved to Okotoks, and coming to Cimarron Dental was one of my first experiences with the businesses in town. It did not disappoint! So happy I made the appointment, EVERYONE at the dental office was so friendly and informative! I’ve never actually had the person who cleans my teeth explain to me which areas in my mouth I need to work on, so that was super helpful and appreciated. My dental tech/dentist made me feel right at home even though it was my first time there I’ve had the same dentist my whole life so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I switched it up. I couldn’t have been happier with the appointment and the service I was given. Everyone went above and beyond and I’m super happy I stumbled upon this office.
It’s a great time, every time. The office Manager Lindsay is incredible, the team is always running on schedule and they take such great care of our whole family. It is a great clinic for kids, very welcoming and efficient. Bonus…they charge by the fee guide and coordinate with your insurance!
It was such a pleasant experience. I had cleaning and fillings done on the same day at this place. Hygienist- Brook, Dental Assistant- Deon and male Dentist sorry, can’t recollect the name were so great and friendly. Lyndsey -Office manager was very welcoming. I have been in touch with her before going into the clinic. She emailed back promptly with all the details I was looking for. She was very helpful in sorting out the finances with my insurance! I’m glad I’ve chosen this place. I already referred my two housemates to go to the same place. I am positive that they will have a good experience too! : Will wait to hear back their experiences!
After years of bad dental experiences. I cannot say enough amazing things about the team here. They are so sweet and gentle and care about you as a person not just a patient. Work with you on every aspect of your care and plan. Thank you for turning my experiences around. Truly grateful to each of you!
Not at all happy with the services offered here. First of all they picked up a case they weren't equipped to handle, just to get me in the door and then telling me "well we don't have the equipment or the expertise to do this procedure". You had the case files before you asked me to take the hour long drive just to let me know after I came in that it's not something you can do. Since I already invested my holiday and two hours of driving into getting out here, I asked them to take care of a simple filling which I was due for a month after. Which their dentist Sammy couldn't do well. Three days later I was drowning in pain reaching all the way to my shoulder. They asked me to come back in for a bite adjustment. Two more hours of driving just to tell me the pain could last up to six months. The audacity of not fixing it but rather asking me to bear this pain for a few months. I just dropped hope after that, went back to my dentist and got those redone, it was an immediate relief. I'd recommend staying away, especially if you're going especially from Calgary or they picked your case from your dentist claiming they can do something, I assure you they cannot and won't even refund you for your troubles.
It is amazing to see such a professional dental team do amazing work, but also have the ability keep a person’s mind at ease while doing it. To be busy but to sincerely ask how your doing or if you need something or questions answered. I think that should count for something now days.

I had a great experience with Cimarron Dental. The staff are very accommodating and really nice.I would recommend it to anyone. This is a place where they value their clients. All did a great job they explain everything in details.
