It's at sort of an odd location, but once found we will probably go again. The gelato flavours were limited but delicious. Try the roasted coconut. They have it set up well for covid precautions, with plexiglass, one entrance, one exit and floor markers. The girl serving us today was helpful and sweet.
What a beautiful place to take some yummy icecream. They don’t have very special in house made stuff, but it’s great place to chill with family and kids. If you do riding then this is must be a place to chill and rest. The service is great, the girl was really patience with slow picky customer. Definitely visit again.
Three words: Unprofessional, Insensitive & Ignorant Context: Another youth support tech and I went with 5 youths to the store yesterday. Yes we arrived at 8:59 and we understood that they close at 9PM. The staff along with their buddies inside the store started to laugh, point fingers at the youths and make a whole scene out of the situation. Mocking and berating others is never the right way to show that customers have to respect service hours!!! --- You never know the negative impact you can have on others by reacting in such a cruel way. :/ ---Store owners please train your staff properly! Having experience with customer/ food service I know that it can be challenging when you're closing a store. There's always a better way to let customers know that you're closed in a clear and empathetic manner.
The soft ice cream does not taste fresh i threw it out because i was afraid it would make me sick. The banana split was not the classic strawberry sirup whipped cream and vanill ice cream . Instead they used caramel syrup and chocolate ice cream weird mix for me im guessing they didnt have the right ingredients so they just used whatever they could find. Also the banana tasted very over ripe. Very disapointing. Will definitely not return.
Today was my first time coming to Cielo Cremerie + Gelato. Sarah and Gacia were a pleasure to be served by! All and all great customer service, will be back!
Considering how nice the service was, I feel terrible to be as critical as I'm going to be. Gelato is supposed to have a special quality to it. What my spouse and I had yesterday was heavy on what I can only imagine to be 'gum' related ingredients etc. Classic flavors such as coffee should be as pure as can be...I just could not extract that joy from this gelato. Dido for the Gianduja. Sorry to be so harsh...we will be looking elsewhere for our Summer treat.
I didn't really enjoy the ice cream as its made from really cheap ingredients you feel the cheap essence vanilla extract and water i had 3 balls only the hazelnut was ok. The chocolate feels like essence and water. The place is clean and the staff are very nice but no QUALITY at all. We Wont be coming again
I went for an evening walk and stopped at the shop for a sorbet in a cone. The servers were very sweet and effienct. I had the mango flavor. A little to sweet for me but never the less l enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
Delicious Gelato and sorbets, and their ice cream cakes are amazing. Very good services.
Little gem of a place ! Delicious gelato hazelnut is simply wow every single time, very friendly staff and ownership. Highly recommend this place for a refreshing summer treat!
