On a Saturday afternoon, a freak Microburst storm knocked down our entire electrical system, poles, wires, trees, creating severe damage on our large property. CID Powerline was clearing downed trees to clear our long driveway on Sunday morning within hours of our call. They completely restored our power as quickly as possible in an alternate way by installing an underground cable system. Cannot say enough about their work ethic and professionalism. The professional crew again has shown impeccable service while my grid line has been cut by fallen tree amid strong winds. I knew their work back to many years ago when freezing rain caused to my trees fallen and hit two poles including one with the transformer. So the guys are real rescue team.
