Not sure what's up with the comments , but I overall had a fantastic experience here creating a bank draft .

Literally no one at the teller desk ever. It’s essentially empty

This is an excellent community bank. I was able to talk with a banker sooner than at some larger branches. I felt he really listened to my goals and helped me conclude my business in a timely manner without making me as an older Baby Boomer person feel rushed.

Nice customer service and brand-new machines. I’ve been to quite a lot of CIBC branches but I highly recommend this place :

This branch needs well manered tellers. Completely useless. Wasted my time talking to the teller, specifcally to the young asian lady who is rude and clueless. All i needed was a new debit card and she cant do it. Took a few minutes when I came to Richmond branch. Lol no wonder why I have read poor reviews

Had a very bad experience last Wednesday when I was doing a business deposit there with an Asian teller I think her name is Tina. She threw me back the receipts after deposit and told me there was none loonies left at the branch while i asked for some coins. It was all about her attitude and she definitely needs a retrain.

Great location for all your daily banking needs. There are ATMs here if preferred to use machines.
