Is this place even operational? No one ever answers the phone or returns voicemails. Absolutely useless that the Manager/staff is so incompetent that everything has to be escalated through CIBC's central service line.
No matter what the issue, it will never be resolved here. Customer service is terrible

Worst branch ever. Worst banking experience I had here. Staff to manger have ZERO knowledge of banking and procedures.
