They have hired more staff in the last few months and the team is really awesome. There are more frontline tellers, the attitude is so helpful and the Manager and senior staff all work together. This branch location is a real pleasure to visit! Make sure you say hello to SAM

I am ashamed to enter this branch . I have been a client for 25 years. I have watched this branch decline slowly in service and customer appreciation. I believe there are anti-Semitic undertones at this branch. I do not feel comfortable here. I am looking into changing both my mortgage and business accounts to another institution. So sad to see this happen. Bye, bye CIBC!

Honestly 9/10 times a bad experience. It's super funny on my way here I thought if I had a bad experience before, it doesn't mean it'll be bad this time!! I can't think how many times the lady shrugged her shoulders off saying we closing in 10 minutes I can't send a fax 😆😆 no one was even behind me and she still didn't do it.

Rosette Kassar the GM of this branch has never ever replied to email or call in her history of tenure at this branch. She is too busy for her duties.
